This site was born from a deeply personal experience and a strong belief in the power of supporting American manufacturing and workers.
My name is Brent Mullenax, and like many Americans, I used to purchase products without giving much thought to where they were made. That changed in 2020 when the manufacturing plant where I worked, a place that had provided for my family, moved its operations to Mexico in pursuit of cheaper labor. Losing my job was a wake-up call. It made me understand, in a very real way, the direct impact that production decisions have on the lives of American workers and the health of our local communities.
That experience ignited a passion in me to make a difference, however small. I realized that as consumers, we have a powerful tool at our disposal: our purchasing power.
